What RebookIQ Is
RebookIQ is a customer inquiry tracking and follow-up organization tool for service businesses. RebookIQ helps you log customer inquiries, organize follow-ups, and review weekly results. RebookIQ does not send messages to your customers automatically — ever.
Free Demo
RebookIQ offers a free demo that runs locally in your browser, limited to 5 inquiries. The demo is for exploring how RebookIQ works. No payment is required to use the demo, and no billing begins until you subscribe to a paid plan. The free demo does not automatically convert to a paid plan.
Paid Plans
Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe. Paid service begins only after you complete a subscription through a plan's payment link. You are responsible for maintaining an active payment method.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. RebookIQ does not charge cancellation fees or require notice periods. To cancel, contact outreach@getrebookiq.com.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact outreach@getrebookiq.com within 7 days of a charge to discuss a refund. RebookIQ does not guarantee refunds for partial billing periods.
No Guaranteed Results
RebookIQ is a tracking and organization tool. Using RebookIQ does not guarantee increased revenue, bookings, or customer responses. Results depend on how you use the product and how your business operates.
Your Responsibility for Customer Data
You are responsible for any customer information you enter into RebookIQ. Do not enter sensitive personal information such as financial data, government IDs, health records, or contact details beyond what is necessary for inquiry tracking. Use first names or nicknames where possible.
Approval Before Send
RebookIQ does not send messages to your customers automatically. All draft follow-up suggestions require your explicit review and approval before you send them. Sending is always your action — never automatic.
Gmail / Email Setup
Gmail and email connection is available by request during assisted onboarding on Pro plans. This is not a one-click in-product connection — it requires a manual setup process coordinated with RebookIQ. RebookIQ does not access your email account without your explicit request and setup confirmation.
Social Media Integration
Social media inquiry tracking (Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms) is not currently available. It may be offered in a future version where platform support allows. No timeline is guaranteed.

What Data You Enter
When you use RebookIQ's free demo, the information you enter — customer first names, inquiry details, and notes — is stored locally in your browser only. It is not transmitted to any RebookIQ server. When you subscribe to a paid plan, inquiry data you enter is used to provide the RebookIQ service to you.
Demo Data Is Local
The free demo stores all data in your browser's local storage. This data does not leave your device. Clearing your browser data or using a different browser removes all demo data. You can also clear it anytime using the "Clear demo data" button inside the workspace.
How We Use Your Information
Information you provide to RebookIQ — such as your name, business name, and email — is used to provide the RebookIQ service, respond to your setup requests, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your information or your customers' information to third parties.
Your Customers' Information
You are responsible for the customer information you enter into RebookIQ. Do not enter sensitive personal information — such as financial data, government IDs, health records, or full contact details — beyond what is needed for inquiry tracking. Use first names or nicknames where possible.
Email / Gmail Setup
If you request Gmail or email setup during onboarding, RebookIQ may assist you with configuring email forwarding or routing to support your inquiry tracking. This is a manual, assisted process. RebookIQ does not store Gmail credentials or access tokens.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. RebookIQ does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment information. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.
Cookies and Tracking
RebookIQ does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account information or any data you have provided to RebookIQ, contact outreach@getrebookiq.com. Demo data stored in your browser can be cleared at any time using the "Clear demo data" button in the workspace.
